I’m so researched out!! Finally got the test results for my pup today and the poor wee soul is allergic to most things and have been searching the net like crazy to find a food he can actually have and it sure looks like I’m looking for a needle in a haystack. 
He has allergies 2: Beef Pork Lamb Dark Chicken Turkey Wheat Soya Bean Barley Corn Cows Milk Egg The vet said he has never seen test results like his before as they are of the scale, what am I gonna feed the poor lad now, it seems most products have one or the other above food in them, just now I feel like banging my head at a brick wall. Looks like I’m gonna have to feed him fish I cant even walk past a food counter with fish in it I wanna puke my stomach takes summersaults on a few occasions I have puked up , looks like im gonna have cook the stuff now - HELP

, [Edited 10/26/05 9:35am] Might want to go the fungus route, dogs like mushrooms and some have quite an high protein content (micoprotein - what they make Quorn from) What about offal? Or does that come into the same camp as it's corresponding host meat? I know it's probably not PC but what about horse? A lot of dog food is traditionally horsemeat. He has 2 stay on less that 20% protein, I will have 2 look into the mushrooms, offal from any off the meats is a big no no. thanks 4 trying 2 help   mushrooms didnt know about that | |

everyone keeps laughing when I told my aunt she had 2 call me back due 2 laughing so hard as i was such a fussy eater and caused everyone hell when younger
I have even checked the vegetarian dog food but so far they have soya, corn or barley in it  | |

He does go nuts if someone opens a can of tuna fish. The list says only white fish, one way or the other im gonna find something he can have. | |

kittie - my sister just got a dog that was on a raw meat/veggie diet. perhaps your puppie won't be able to have the uncooked bones part but here is a link to the Bones And Raw Food diet here
