Well I guess you need to think catwalk intially and then do it natural. Oh.. and dont practice on carpet alone - go out on the ground - that'll set you up.

are you talking really high heels?? i don't find it difficult to walk in heels but i guess i've never worn anything higher than 3"
anything higher than that and i would find it awkward hmm... i really don't know what to say...hip sway?? kick your leg out? heel/toe, heel/toe? even though i don't wear them often, i have been walking in heels since playing dressup with my mother's rocking 1950's heels so i guess i just, um... walk. google... Since we wear high heels to look, feel, and sound sexy, the walk in heels should be just that. The steps should be short, and not parallel, but one foot in front of the other. The result is a little sway from the feet right up to the buttocks and hips that not only feels sexy, but is certain to attract more than a casual glance.
When you buy a new pair of heels or simply haven't worn yours in a while, put them on while you are reading/watching TV. Just sit in them, move your feet around in them, and wear them on your trips to the kitchen. A couple of hours in your heels at home can make a world of difference to making them comfortable later on.
Make sure you are standing up straight. It will improve your balance and it does wonders for making you look more confident and sexy. [Edited 10/22/05 15:09pm]

Try walking around in shoes that have higher heels...then the ones you have to wear will feel easier...
I once walked around all night in a pair like these...takes some getting used to... No..I wasn't a stripper..
