Has anyone seen this take? What are your thoughts?

There are many versions (filmed versions) of history concerning settlements and the inhabitants of the American land... I learned much in my B.A. (Elementary Ed) study of multi-cultural awareness and the diversity educators face. Multi-cultural focus is umong my highest daily interest... whether at work, or just environmentally... which are both my personal interests.

Nonetheless... INTO THE WEST was worthy of edcuating me futher giving me more insight (compassion) toward historical events... events that have definitely shaped/transformed our present moment today as well as our coming future.

Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect, it means you've decided to look beyond the imperfections... unknown

I rented it at Blockbuster... it is a three CD, actually 4... they are all individual. Each Disc has two episodes... both about 1 1/2 hours long. It took us about a week to watch all the episodes... one episode a night.

An informative historical timeline... dating from the early 1800's to the late 1800's.
