Society is what is wrong. Being 13 is no excuse, I say THE DEATH PENALTY is what they should get.

I agree, and at 13 he can be held accountable, he'll end up in a young offenders institute, not prison. How must the murdered guys family feel? it's terrible, Hi yoli!
