This is my bitch for da day

But I just wanna express my annoyance at the lack lustre effortz put im by the newer casualz at my workplace. They never take responsiblity for any of their designated jobz- which is mostly cleaning when im key-holding. In MY day- i made sure EVERYTHING was spic n span and that all my tasks were complete! And if i was asked 2 do somethin after my clock off time i'd do it out of courtesy. This GIRLZ!!! Sit and wait and look at the time. One girl- i wanted her to just sweep properly- she just did about 10 sweeping actions and said 'im done!' and i had to get her to do it properly- cause i wanted it to be nice and clean for the manager the next day. She didn't like it when i got her to do a proper job. And when i got her to take out the rubbish before she left- which was her job for the day- hey man i had to do it when i wasn't keyholding sheesh! And you know what she sayz to me 'i'll only do it this once. It's 10 past 3.' ...i looked at her n thought 'piss off!' LMAO- lazy ass girl.

Ugh..yea.. I hate training people...it fucking holds up my whole day. They are slow..stupid...and just in my damn way! I have no patience for it...more than half of the idiots I waste my time on training end up qutting or getting fired before their 3 months probation is even up. So to me its like just stop fucking wasting my time.. i don't fucking feel like dealing with it!
