No target by me. One needs a car to go to Walmart or Target. That's just fine as I feel they are both sorta evil...unless I have Burning Man shopping to do and then it's all good.

The men's fashion is a bit 'blah', isn't it?

Look at these jeans... http://www.target.com/gp/...e=14209371

They all look the same!

I know it's only a supermarket, but even so...

I do like their retro track-tops... http://www.target.com/gp/...=16&page=1

They're very Brit-Pop and I approve.

This is Charles and Ray Eames' "Sofa Compact". I have one in black vinyl and it is definitely intelligent design:

That XXL crap burns me up! I was in Old Navy (a rare occasion) I would have gotten more stuff...but everything...and I mean about 90% of it was Medium and larger...with appx 70% being in the XL range. No smalls at all.

The only problem with this couch is that it is not offered in leather (it's too long to cover with a single hide). sad

Nigella Lawson's cookware is so gorgeously designed, I just want to sit in the kitchen and touch her measuring cups for hours. Very smart design.

Is anyone else a whore for well-designed stuff? I can't go into a Target these days without walking out carrying a huge cart of fabulously designed...STUFF. redface

Target has really evolved over the years, and naturally weeded out their other useless crap.

I like H&M because they do 33" waists in their jeans. I'm too lardy for a 32 but a 34 falls down.

These are for seperate rooms. It's an old house so I'm not going too modern.

I can never find anything in my size...I am a 28 length...impossible to find and Old Navy does not carry anything under 30 length or even in the waist.

i'm a 30 length and it's getting harder and harder to find my size, too. it's impossible at H&M...according to them, the shortest men in the world still have 32" legs. mad

I have 30"-long stumps too. With H&M, I can only wear their jeans and corduroys with suede loafers because I need that bit of height from a heeled shoe.

You would love Next. It's a British store. They do Short Leg sizes (29") from waist sizes 28" to 36" as standard. The leg-measurement is more like a 30".

There's 12 pages of mens' jeans and trousers here: http://order.next.co.uk/p...&p=264&o=1

nice! i hate shopping for pants. they're so non-inspiring to me. i bought a fun pair from H&M, but i hate the idea of spending as much to tailor them as i did to actually buy the damn things. mad

Try shopping for women's pants which don't even come in various lengths. Occasionally you get store that do petite, regular and tall, but with only 3 choices, most have to hem virtually everything. It's annoying!

Well, turn-ups look good on jeans. Just buy some Wonder-Under and iron the fuckers! smile I go through a pack of this stuff about once every two months as it invariably disintegrates in the wash and my turn-ups flop down again.
