i'm totally on the other side of the great sugar/diet divide. i can't drink non-diet soda anymore because it's just too sweet and i feel like i'm drinking syrup. but when i started out on diet soda (an ex-bf got me started, probably the only positive thing that came out of THAT relationship, not that i'm bitter, dammit), i was weened with diet dr. pepper, because to me, i could easily pretend it wasn't diet. next thing i knew, i didn't like sugared soda anymore.
