Ive just sent an email saying, 'Sounds like a pain this one Lise', J' to a client by mistake. This was in reply to some guy who had not got a reply on a complaint after my colleague has been trying to sort it out with the hotel. I quickly explained she was still awaiting a response quickly after Id sent it.

Think that will be alright?
