I work at a restaurant and our garbage smashin' thing is in the basement of the building...

Ok, so I was walking to the garbage dispenser and this older caucasian guy stares me down and then BUMPS straight in2 the wall because he wasnt looking where he was going...I laughed.

All of a sudden I turn around and there he is. He says, "what are you doing?" I said, "taking the garbage out..I get nervous and try to make small talk about how I was tired of that damn job..." He opens the door and helps me get through.

Then he walks behind me as I was walking to the other side and I hear, "hey!"

I stop and look back and he is just standing there. So I walk up to him and he walks kind of back into a corner...he says, "I just wanted to tell you that u are so beautiful..I couldnt help it".



Then I just says, "thank you" and start blushing..

Then he said, "I want to kiss your lips so badly.."

I just said.."well I am not like that and i don't do things like this.." He goes over to some side door and closes it then comes back up to me and kisses me quickly on the lips...




I just kinda pretend laugh and walk away very fast...he follows quickly behind me then says, "Look at my cock man!!" And his dick is HARD AS 10 BRICKS!! Turnin over to the right side..I say, "I see that.." he just keeps on staring for about 5 seconds then RUNS back into the depths of the hallway!!!!

I don't think it's harassment...YET! Once is not harassment...BUT...I think you should speak to this guy...upstairs in the open and tell him, that it was an unwanted encounter and that it should NEVER happen again now that he knows how you feel....THEN if he does it again..it will most def be harassment.

I worked for an offshore oil company for 3 years. There were 3 women and 300 men that worked for this company. 2 women were over the age of 45, and I was in my early 20's. I used to boat or helicopter out to the middle of the ocean to work on these oil rigs. Now, imagine being the only women that these men have seen for a least 3 weeks.....not pretty...

you need to practice posting with quotes....I know...I have a hard time too sometimes but it can be done correctly...
meanwhile...back on the topic...
it seemed to me...he didn't hold a conversation per say...just tried to make small talk to keep a strange situation at bay untill he could get out safely.
what do you think he shoulda done? start screaming HELP ME!!! SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE!! sometimes you just gotta make normal to defuse the situation till you can get outta there.
