I use to be able to hold my breath underwater for almost 5 minutes. Now lately I can hold my breath for about a minute and a half out of water.

I feel depressed at times, I have learned that emotions tend to swing, thus I have learned just to ride out the sadness. If you do something to swing yourself into a good mood it often swings back into a deeper depression. That's not good.
