To All Friends, Fans. I Am Not Sick Anymore. For awhile, I will admit I was VERY DEPRESSED because of HEALTH PROBLEMS. I have been eating much better,sleeping and not IMBIBING like a FISH. The Nightclubbing has slowed. So, I am not all Crazy. One must definitely have a BALANCE and have a HEALTH BODY in order to have a HEALTHY MIND. I do Have an EXERCISE RITUAL and that is Really the KEY to LOOKING and Feeling GREAT! One must have PEACE.  | |

Good for you Zelaira. I'm really glad. I went through some minor depression myself. It's not fun.
