Hey guys,I know its been a while since I was a regular poster, but I just wanted to jump online for a few minutes and give everyone some news. My mother found out a week ago that she has breast cancer. Luckily, she didn't have it 6 months ago when she had her last check-up. She went in for surgery today and I spoke with the surgeon via phone afterwards. He said that he had gotten all of the "spot" and some of the surrounding tissue, her lympth-nodes are in good shape and that she shouldn't have to have chemo. Just a heads up for you gurlz, make sure to stay on top of this issue. It's not something to be messed with lightly. I wish you all the best.

Many prayers for your mother's health, and for your entire family... ...I've gone thru the experience of having a family member come down with cancer...I know how hard it can hit you emotionally.
