Free Personals?

Does any1 know of any free personal websites? Not just create ur own free profiles, but everything 100% free. I hate that when everybody gets 2 create a free profile but have 2 pay 2 send e-mail/messages. So, everybody just sits there with free profiles and no communication is going. Also, I hate when foreigners disguise themselves as being in my country when they're not. Like all you Russian girls. If u're in Moscow. Put Moscow! Don't put NYC!
