My hilarious friend Joe sent this to me this morning. This actually happened to him.

OK - For those of you who don't know, my work provides me with a Blackberry for off hours support. The company that hosts the service is T-Mobile. The company that builds the device and writes the software is Research in Motion, affectionately known as RIM. I had been having some problems with my Blackberry, so I brought it to the analyst in charge of fixing Blackberry's. With all IS people, if you want something fixed, you need to listen to a story. His story this morning was about how hard it is to get support from RIM because first you need to go through T-Mobile. "First you have to call the T-Mobile help desk, where they try to get you to do all this stuff. I keep telling them this is a RIM job, not a T-Mobile job. I wish they had a button on there menu where you could request a RIM job without having to deal with the a$$holes at T-Mobile.". I don't know about you, but if you are gonna request a RIM job, I think part of the deal is dealing with an a$$hole.
