I have had that in my head for the past month now and I don't ever get sick of it. I just dance around in my car singing it to myself. yay!

OMG Carrie, thank you for posting these! They're fantastic. What a cutie you are and have always been. I especially love seeing the ones of you really young with the blonde and black hair - so friggin' cute! I was actually thinking about starting a thread like this, but you've gone ahead and done it for me. I'll see what I can dig up and post mine too. I've had some pretty wild and drastically different hairstyles over the years. I'll try to show some of that. lol

It was all for you, baby. hug

I wanna see yours now!!! woot!

I'll see what I can do. I've been living out of storage for a year and a half now, so it isn't always easy to find what I'm looking for. But I'll do some rummaging tonight and tomorrow and get my shit together. You'll flip out over some of 'em. Especially my Jesus phase. lol

I love it but I'm sick of that song already. lol

My sig is from "Your Southern Can Is Mine" that's the Stripes song I've been rocking for a while.

Saw them a couple of weeks ago. Doorbell was really good live, but he had to count Meg off a few times DURING the song cause she kept loosing the beat.giggle

I was right next to the piano and the look of frustration in his face was pricless! biggrin

I know. I've kinda caught the White Stripes bug late, which is strange cuz they're from here. I have all 3 of their last albums, but it wasn't until recently that I figured out that I actually like them. nuts

I didn't catch this last tour, but the one before and it was truly amazing.

I've liked them for a couple of years now, but I'm like that with bands too sometimes, I tend to get on the bus late. redface

Since the other thread got awfully long and since I don't have any pics of me I can find from actual high school and by specific request...

clapping Thanks for putting that together. I wish I had a similar set of photos... my hair has been the following colors:

  • Dark blonde (my natural color as a young kid)
  • Medium brown (my current natural color and the one I've had for years)
  • Red
  • Purple-ish red
  • Black
  • Darker shades of brown (sometimes with highlights)
  • Light blonde with platinum highlights
  • My natural medium brown with various blonde and red highlights

As for length, I've had hair short enough that I looked as if I'd joined the Army and hair long enough that I could pull it back into a ponytail.

I've also worn various glasses since I was 7 (most of them not very attractive, in retrospect) and have gone through periods when I often wore contacts instead.

These days I have less freedom, now that I've finished my education and have entered the "real world." Every place where I've worked has been pretty relaxed about dress in the office, but as a litigator, there are times when I need a conservative appearance. So I keep my hair short and usually don't do anything with the color beyond highlights. And my piercings/ink are all hidden if I wear a suit and take out my earrings.
Please note: effective March 21, 2010, I've stepped down from my prince.org Moderator position.

Be very careful though no no no!

Professional color treatments don't mix well with home treatments. The results when gong from one to the other can be unpredictable.

Your salon stylist should inquire about your hair history and warn you if he/she finds out that you did a home dye job.

But these days you're getting up early apparently. It must be eight in the morning in Minneapolis?
