Okay, so here's the deal:

Maybe some of you remember the photo assignment that was started back in the bronze age? You know the one where we get a word, take a picture that represents the word, and send it in to Byron? Well, apparently there's a truckload of orgers who never fulfilled their duties. This made Byron fall into a deep dark pit of depression. He started drinking Pepsi and stopped taking pictures of sunsets. His "lol" average per post dropped to 14 and not even the photo whore threads could cheer him up enough to post more than a couple of pictures of himself. In other words, he became a pale shadow of usual self.

So now, since he is in the hospital with Coke IV and too weak to request this himself, I'm asking for new volunteers so we can finish this damn project. It doesn't matter if you've already done a word before. It's actually a plus since we then know you're capable of pulling it off.

So post your name here if you want to salvage the project and Byron will (hopefully) org note you a word!

I dunno... I put much time and energy in that 'word' assignement.. I send it to Byron and I think it's a shame people didn't come up with their pics in time.
I bet Byron put a lot of time in making that assignement and the people who did send their pics too.

i think whatever byron had planned is probably lost at this point sadly...
but i wonder what he thinks of posting the photos he did get??

i was asked to do a word for someone else - it was a hard word
and i drove by the perfect picture the other weekend and i have been kinda busy since then

i love the photo projects future ones will just have to be those that don't necessitate participation for the whole thing to come together

And he doesn't want to post anything until it's all done. He said all pics are required....which would make sense since he's probably putting together a sentence with the pictures that we're supposed to figure out by looking at them. Or maybe it's orger names we're supposed to figure out? Yeah, that's probably it.

i just want to apologize. i was one of the peeps who did not fulfill my promise. i gotta lot of shit going on right now. it completely went over my head.

I didn't do mine it was SO hard, so I sent it to emm, I don't know if she will do it for me. I lost the cable that goes from the camera to the laptop. then my sister in law borrowed the camera and my husband had to give the laptop to a colleague for some time, blah blah blah excuses excuses. I should never have volunteered in the first place, what was I thinking. I am so sorry Byron.
