I am a bit allergic to the garden and leave it to my other half. I am very fond of houseplants though, and have tons of them.

I don't get 2 indulge in gardening...but horticulture has alwayz intrigued me from when i was a kid. It'z fascinating looking where certain plantz derive from, how they are cultivated, how they are bred, the story behind their name, da country they are from, the environment in which they thrive, the different kindz of plantz etc. It'z beautifulz.

Ever since my first herb garden when I was a kid. This year was a bad year, but I still managed

Peas, Beans, Spinach, tomatoes, potatoes, courgettes from seed and the usual annual harvests of apples, raspberries, blackberries, strawbs. My borders should reach their zenith next year.

I love it!!

lol

I love it (but cringe) every time my friends come round with their kids. It's so cute to watch them "collecting" flowers to bring to me touched But sometimes I can't help but cringe as they take the head off a flower that has taken three years to reach maturity. lol

Last week I had them picking the last of the tomatoes and the apples, they ate most of them lol

I am a gardener, and proud...

I love flowers, I love the feel of the earth in hands.

Mostly, the nurturing their growth..

Oh I am glad you are with me PREDOMINANT. As I have been staying at my parents they have a whole range of fruit and veg going on. Peas (my 5 yr old niece and myself love picking and eating them together) beans, beetroot, carrots, courgettes - monsters this year! omg ) leeks, cabbages, lettuce, brussel sprouts. We have a little orchard, so we have had plums, apples and pears coming out our ears! lol And of course, redcurrants, blackcurrants, gooseberries, raspberries and grapes. drool

..and herbs and flowers and trees edit.. lol
