I love cheesecakse too, but I haven't eaten any in a looooong time. I've made this fabulous ginger brandy cheescake a few times... ginger snaps for crust, fresh ginger and brandy in the batter. Subtle, but oh so tasty. Perfect in the fall. I'm gonna have to make that again soon. |

I love Cheese Cake. Cherry Cheese Cake, basically any Cheese Cake I'll like it. Some people think I'm kinda cute

Mississipi Mudcake with strawberriez
