Troy Kell I'm watching a documentary about this murderer at the moment.
I don't know if he's well-known in America but I'd never heard of him before so when the documentary started I logged on to see what he'd done. It really amazes me that the sites I found almost all contained comments from people who appear to have some kind of respect for him, like fan-worship.
