well believe it or not, i got my pair @ a dollar store (woot dollarama!) but the really really nice ones u can get @ worldly stores (do u have any "harmony" stores or "green earth" stores nearby?) they'll have'em 4 sure 
they kinda do a lot of things really...excercise the hand, and create a hand-eye co-ordination type thing
i don't know much, but they help my hand from getting sore after writing or drawing for a long long time 
i intend on reading more on them when i get the time | |

Larry Fishburne used them as Mr.Styles in " Boyz N Tha Hood".
I want to get some of those as well because I broke my hand months ago and still have pain. Sometimes I use a gyrotwister but it´s loud and too powerful. I use 2 use them, but some1 cracked my balls. I had 4 pairs of balls. Some people think I'm kinda cute
But that don't compute when it comes 2 Y-O-U. |
