why your going to gain weight..no actually im kidding do what i did..do plenty of exercise..keep them endorphins running..if all else fails..speed is quite good | |

don't worry about weight gain...it's only initially.
try eating oranges....sounds strange but it helped my mom quit you will be so proud of yourself, and you'll feel sooooo good after you've kicked the habit. good luck! you are stronger than a cigarette! "not a fan" yeah...ok | |

Thanks guys.....I am a little concerned with weight gain, but I am going to replace the smokes with exercise.
As long as I'm focused, it's not as hard as I thought it would be. It actually feels kinda good. I'm already not coughing as much as usual. | |

It doesn't take that long for the nicotine to get out of your system, it's just the HABIT part that kills you! What worked for me was not making it an option. I can't let myself do it anymore so I just won't. And I gained maybe 3-4 lbs, but I also had a lull in my daily exercise routine. Just keep active, you'll be ok. Good luck! | |
