Just wondering if anyone saw this flick and what you thought.

We went to see it yesterday with LOVED it. River is a bad-ASS, and Jayne is hot as hell. But we also liked the tv show (Firefly). I'm not sure if anyone who hadn't seen the show would dig it.

Anyone see it?

I watched "Firefly" when it was first on FOX and bought the DVD sets when they came out. I love the show, and had my calendar marked for the movie.

Serenity is definitely darker and more intense than the show, and I wonder how many people would get quite the same reaction if they haven't seen the tv show. It's a great movie, absolutely, but seeing the show might definitely help.

Don't wanna give anything away-but damn, some parts I have mixed feelings about but can't wait to see it again.

Can't stop the signal.
