...or do you not care if you hurt people's feelings? I really care if I hurt someone's feelings but I think I ought to let things go more. But then, Im a forgiving person if someone hurts my feelings and never seek revenge.

Just as others' hurtfulness against you becomes a distant recollection over time, be aware that any harm you may have inflicted on others is just as distant a memory to them.

I only care what people think about me, if I care about those people in the first place.

To be honest I don't think I go around "hurting" people much, luckily I'm in a position where I don't have to.
I am very remorseful if I raise my voice at the kids when I think I could resolve issues some other way more effectively, when I see their little faces crumple into tears I hate myself.

I am not generally remorseful because I try not to be offensive or hurt people with my words or actions. If I do say something that hurts somebody else then I do regret it.
