You are right though; I still get a 60 seconder if I have to spend ANY time reading a question. Those odd one out questions throw me, which one is NOT a black widow was the last one - I just see the words 'black widow' and 'spider' and click

It's possible to cheat. For me that took all the fun out. It's a bit like steroids in sport. I'm just not sure about who might or might not be cheating so better to not bother playing.

I read some of the sites other pages and FAQ's for tips on playing (didn't find any ) and to figure out how people could answer questions in 20-30 seconds but they seem to think that they have the whole cheat thing sorted. The question bank is big and you have no way of seeing the questions you might get. That was as far as I got in my investigation . But, I have no doubts that some computer 's could find a way.

I am not saying that the game is fair because for ages I had some horrendous sets of questions and it seemed impossible to get on top. But then a scrolly mouse and nice short questions and all of a sudden I get 24 seconds. I'm sure what goes around comes around and it's only a bit of fun at the end of the day anyway.

NOW, who is good enough (or a cheaty enough) to beat my 44 seconds?

I found out by accident. My wife and I play on the same computer and the site seems to be a little funny with the cookies when signing in and out. If one person logs in and plays and logs out it is possible for a second person to log in and get the same questions. The more likely reason I've stopped playing though is that I started doing badly and had a tantrum.
