ANYONE SEE THE MOVIE -BORN INTO BROTHELS I watched this movie last night and I could not stop crying. I always get that way when it comes to children's issues. This documentary is about children born to prostitutes in the Red Light district in Calcutta. A photographer goes into their lives and lives with them off and on for 2-3 years. She teaches them about photography. Some of the pictures are amazing. These children are so beautiful. It's funny because I immediately fell in love with this little chubby boy that was so intelligent. He reminded me of myself as a little gay boy. (My gaydar went off when I saw him)
It's not a complete downer, of a movie. Please please please rent it. M MyeternalgrattitudetoPhil&Val.Herman said "We want sweaty truckers at the truck stop! We want cigar puffing men that look like they wanna beat the living daylights out of us" Val"sporking is spooning with benefits"

I was absolutely upset with the mothers of these children who was so lazy about better their childrens lives and getting them out of that area. My favorite was Puja, the talkative girl and the so called leader of the group. Now whose flat top rules in '89? - Big Daddy Kane

I can't believe that argument between one of the mothers and, I guess, another woman downstairs. Oh my God, the things they were saying to each other. They're doing great. I watched what happened 3 years after the movie was made and all of them were attending some sort of school. My boy, the chubby one, was accepted to a prestigeous high school in the United States.
