Today was the day that I was supposed to leave for Italy and Spain for two weeks. I decided to stay because of my sick best friend. I feel bad that I feel bad about not going.

My friends has been there a couple of times. So I don't think she'll be returning for while. Again, I feel stupid for trying to justify why I should've gone. It just wasn't meant to be.

You made the right decision Miguel. Like Supa said, we're proud of you cos you stood up for what's REALLY important. After all, who would want to be alone at their sick bed? When I had my spleen ruptured in '98 I was touched by how many people who came to see me, people sat with me for hours while I was zonked out on morphine.

Thanks you so much. I watched my friend from Saturday morning until Sunday morning. It was hard because he is up and about busy doing nothing. He walks around all day. The hard part was listening to him because sometimes he doesn't make any sense.
