2the9s	I Want to Cook Moussaka Tonight! But I've never done it before and I can't find a decent recipe. It looks pretty hard and every recipe I find looks different. Anyone ever make Moussaka? Suggestions?

Reincarnate	3 seasonings make a fantastic mousakka (apart from salt and pepper) - cinnamon, oregano and ground cumin. Good luck!

2the9s	Plus I have no idea what that green stuff is in the bowl. I bought it at this Greek store and the writing on the package was in Greek. I figured it was like spinach but it was more gelatinous. I wasn't crazy about it.
