Love this movie! Morgan Freeman is tremendous in this!
My favorite scene (paraphrased): Joe Clark talking with Kid Ray Joe: So, son you're dropping out on me? Ray: No Mr. Clark, I'm not dropping out I'm moving on. Joe shakes his hand. Joe: You'll be dead within a year son. You'll be dead within a year. Ray (teary eyed): Goodbye Mr. Clark Cue sad instrumental of "Lean on Me" as Joe watches Kid Ray walk down the hall, no doubt to his certain doom. All good things they say never last... | |
