Allow me to be Self Agrandizing for a minute .
I noticed that I'm still being referred to as AB. A select few are taking to imago. Is it that AB is a better handle, or is it you're just used to it? Just curios. (counting the seconds for 9s stink up this thread with a comment. )

first off, what if we don't allow you to be self-aggrandizing? even for a minute?
you're being awfully presumptuous, don't you think? what about the children?

I say "AB" because I can never remember your new name...Imato, Imago, Mr. Magoo....it always feels like I'm misspelling it or mispronouncing it...
I just want some pumpkin pie. Don't mind me...

You will always be AB to most. It's unavoidable.
...and besides, imago isn't as fun anyway.

i still don't think he should be allowed to be self-aggrandizing for one hot second, and he still hasn't addressed the issue of the children.

Ex-Moderator | You don't just get to change names once people get to know you. Simple as that.
I have a friend named Pamela who moved to San Francisco several years ago. When she moved she told everyone her nick name was Ella. I've never called her Ella. I cannot call her Ella to this day. So when I go to visit her, it's just all weird. I had a friend named Ceadrick who's real name was Jason. When he moved to Mpls from Philly as a teenager he just decided to have everyone call him Ceadrick. After he was here for several years and grew up a bit, he decided to go back to his real name of Jason. It took FOREVER to remember to call him Jason. Still, in conversation we pretty much have to call him Ceadrick if we want anyone to know who we're talking about. So yeah - the moral of the story is, if you really wanna change your name, I suggest moving to another website. |

I'll invent 2 new names with no correlation to the ones I have and just disquise my personality. Ergo, you'll all get used to calling me that new set of names by the time I reveal it. thanks!
