It's soon lunchtime drool I am SO hungry. The 3 others I have to feed will not be into a curry though (they will prefer something bland and not covered in sauce and presented separately, not touching - bloody kids pissed ). sigh

I haven't had curry in a long while. I miss living in a place that has many food choices. Where I live, it is either tacos or different types of tacos.

It certainly is! I logged off before, and thanks to 9sey's encouragement I went and made a vegetable korma even you would have liked! But I put some funny ones in that I had in the fridge like sweet potato, capsicum and okra - yummy!!!! There is more left over for dinner too woot! everyone else will have to suffer like their jocks because they don't like spicy food evillol

nod i love a nice spicy thai green curry. i'm a bit more adventurous with indian dishes though, mainly because i like the consistency more...most thai curries i've had usually tend to be a bit watery - i like 'em nice and thick, with lotsa chunks of veggies and cheese.
