i made a really good korma curry this weekend with spinach and cubed tofu sauteed in sesame oil. yummy.

It's soon lunchtime I am SO hungry. The 3 others I have to feed will not be into a curry though (they will prefer something bland and not covered in sauce and presented separately, not touching - bloody kids ).

But I put some funny ones in that I had in the fridge like sweet potato, capsicum and okra - yummy!!!! In my last couple years across the pond I've been having folks' mamas teach me how to make different curries from places like Thailand and Nepal- GOOD GOOGLEY MOOGLEY, I HAVE NEVER TASTED SO MUCH YUMMY STUFF !!!!
