There's a guy I know down there that might be able to help you out. Look for him in the local cantina. Last name is Solo. He hangs out with a large orangutan. His ride looks like a pile of junk, but its looks are deceiving. He may want to overcharge you for transport, but just tell him you'll give him double that when you get to your destination and then ditch him once you get there. thumbs up!
