It is kind of that way with my best friend's baby too. It was totally unexpected, as she always vowed never to have kids. But now it is here and it is undeniably changing her life and it wonderful to see.

She is getting married nex tuesday. I am her best man and I can't wait to go over and cuddle her tummy and tell the baby to hurry up.

They don't listen, I have twice been listening to my wife's tummy and the little bugger kicked me in the ear. I think he wants to stay inside.

Welcome. It is just great to see you celebrate it all. Makes me feel GOOD.

And no, no speeches. If they want one, I can always make up one on the spot.
It is kind of a shot-gun wedding; she and her husband to be, his best woman, me and a photographer.
Hehehe. The colour scheme is PURPLE. Which means I wear a purple tie with my grey suit.

Yea it was a tough and long weekend, the quiz wasn't at the front of my mind....

Anyway I regret it now, 17th place and not a hope in hell of catching the leaders. Damn that frog, damn that carrie and damn 9's too!

jbchavez	I wish you the best of luck. Both of my kids have their ultrasound photos in their first year photo album. I know what you mean about difficulties in pregnancy. I always thought that a women got pregnant and nine months late a baby was born. I learned so much during these times.

Cheers buddy, ask her if they checked the heartbeat. That was killer for me. Th pictures were sort of, well, just bad pictures to begin with really fuzzy and unclear. But then they measured his heartrate.

We had a very bad weekend and thought the little chap was going to come out way too early. It has made this pregnancy much more real than before and I can't stop thinking about him.

So while I am orging I can keep half an eye on him. I want to hold him already, but he is much better off where he is, at least for the time being.

Just wanted to share.
