That little girl knew a smoker when she saw one, but she didn't know how stingy you would be with your cigs.

No, but once there was a girl about 14 and she was crying.. there was a group of kids.. between the ages of about 7 and 17 maybe.. all trying to force her to drink down a bottle of some kinda alcohol..

anyway she ran away and I stopped her asking if she was ok.. she said she had to get away and ran through ppls gardens, jumping over their fences.

I called the police and reported it.. Its crap.. and that was outside an Off Licence, where someone had sold them the alcohol or sold it to an adult who bought it for them.

And this was about 9.30pm.. and the youngest was about 7 or 8 years old!

U from UK? I dont know if america knows this, but living on estates in UK is really rough sometimes. I lived inner city chicago as a young kid, and where i live now is rougher. Chavs are vile creatures at times.
