MOUNTAINS Arizona Mountains.... (Which is where I live...)
Or... California Mountains (or hills) ~Smile. Both were taken this past week/weekend. Which would you prefer? Do you have endless mountains in your area? ~Smile. Plus... look where we sat and relaxed this weekend.

This was my whole playground growing up for nearly 18 years. I go back almost every other week to visit my parents. It's only an hour away from where I am now, which is in the city. UGH!
The beauty of it all is... I can drive outside this city and in every direction, there are mountains galore, with different climates depending which direction I decide to go in. All within a two hour drive or so. Riverside, Arizona. (This place has my heart) Growing up was a journey everyday...

Near Lake Arrowhead, California (the view is looking towards the western California coast), it is said you can see the ocean on a clear day. You were thought about while we were sitting here just a couple of days ago. We want to plan another visit... and soon.

Julie, I'm jealous. What beautiful surroundings. I live in the Silicon Valley but our mountains are kind of dry right now. They aren't lush at all.
