they both look good..right now i'm leaning toward the playstation 3 because i have so many ps2 games altho both machines will play the older psx2 and xbox games

I love Ninetendo. I just wish they'd have more of a selection. Truth of the matter is that it's a toss up of consoles to buy (xbox or sony), but I always get a Nintendo in addition.

Right now I have xbox & nintendo.

Next year, it will be PS3 and Nintendo.

I'm buying whichever one Shenmue III ends up on, and even then, I'm only gonna hold onto it for as long as it takes me to complete the game. If it happens to be the PS3, I might hold off on reselling it for a little longer so I can play Metal Gear Solid 4 and Resident Evil 5.

Oh, and as for Nintendo, their new controller sounds gimmicky and the quality of their games is not at all what it used to be, but I probably will pick up the Revolution when it comes it. They're usually a lot cheaper than the competition, and I don't know if I could really skip a new Mario or Zelda game without it bothering me.
