Come to my house, ring the bell, and win a dog. Some are permanent residents, some are fosters. We do a bit of rescue work.


This is my most recent foster. He came here since the collage was made. That's a big grin on his face, not a snarl. He's a love. His name is PJ. He may be going to a Katrina family when their lives are put back together.


One longterm foster has been Peaches, the three legged Dobe. People just aren't interested in a "disabled" dog. Disabled, my arse! She was trying to get a squirrel (RIP, little squirrel).

This is my dog, Jiro. He is a Sheltie. I took this photo after he had surgery for removing a cyst on his tail. He was really depressed for the week he had to wear the cone.



And look! My aunt's dogs are famous. They're in the new Eddie Bauer catalog. I think they're kind of ugly myself.

We currently don't have a dog, but I had to say that that picture of Maggie zonked out in the car is one of the cutest things I have ever seen (we have a similar pic of my niece...does that count )

personally, i prefer standard size dachshunds vs. the miniature ones, but you don't see many of those over here.
