I posted this because I heard a talk radio show this morning bashing the entire idea of a show like this. But in my opinion, it is a good thing. I mean the Oscars have been pretty much a "white affair" for years haven't they? Of course the two radio personalities were white and they were saying stuff like...."Gee if we had a "white movie awards" show, there would be protests" and I was just stunned listening to this kind of talk in 2005. What do y'all think?

Don't remember the character's name (or if he even had one since it was a non-speaking part).
He was one of the background singers. Tallest light-skinned brother.

Gregory Alexander (Popeye is his "street" name)

He was also in Hollywood Shuffle.
(Zombie Pimps, one of the Eddie Murphy auditioners, etc.)
