So I know I should know better and back up things...


But I hadn't and I didn't and my computer crashed yesterday. I figured out today I had to reinstall my OS which means I lost everything. SO luckily, it worked and I still have a working computer. But every mix CD I've made over the last 2 years is gone. I don't even have the track lists anymore to re-make them. That along with a bunch of pictures is all I really lost as I don't keep much saved on this old Mac of mine but damn. Losing all those track lists makes me so MAD!

My Mac has crashed twice. So I should really, really know better.
The first time my whole hard drive died. This time I've no idea, but at least I've still got a working machine.

My Imac couldn't find the hard disk anymore.. Had to install a new harddisk.. lost everything too.. Grrrr.. All my work... gone!! Still have that harddisk though

You should be backing up ALL your photos every two weeks. That way if it does crash...you only loose a couple of weeks worth at the worst.

My biggest fear at this moment is losing one of my HD's that is holding a 200+ GB music collection that needs a back-up badly.

As a precaution, I only use one of the discs at a time. But it is getting to my nerves lately.
