They used to have the crispy cookies, now they also have the "soft bake" which are soft and chewy. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you. | |

I like a crunchy cookie. Its best for that munchy effect. U can always nuke them to soften them up. My favorite cookie is probably a ginger snap or pistachio or almond biscotti. | |

Oh, homemade chocolate chip cookies (w/real butter, no margerine or shortening crap, lol). I keep em refrigerated and eat em with a glass of OJ.
There was a little bagel shop down in Athens Ohio that would take two giant chocolate chip cookies, and smear cream cheese on them, and squeeze them together like a sandwhich. Then they would steam them in this machine just till the chocolate chips started to melt. It was incredible. Saturday mornings, its black coffee with whiskey, and dipping biscotti in it  | |
