If you're talking about real depression, then there's no good cure. You just have to live through it. If possible, try to live through it in a different environment than what you're used to.
If you're just feeling blue a bunch of things might help. Usually it's enough to just stay away from the potentially depressing things like the Internet, a quiet apartment, an empty schedule etc. | |
