That's how it was for my mom too, even the programs were gone!! She had to reload everything and literally start all over again. Unbelievable; I think people who are being relied on to fix someone's computer, then screw it up, should be terminated. You're relying on the so-called computer "expert" to fix your computer, not mess everything up.
