Drew returned to work over a week ago If I'm off, I'll take him to work and hang out. He and his partner own a hair salon and I'll help out- answer the phone, make appointments, mix color, sweep the floor. Ya know, what ever I can do to help out... and get some free services while I'm there! Drew and I have been together for 10 years and for 10 years he's flat refused to bleach me up. When we met, I had chin length blond hair (Hey, it was the 90s) and was a horror. There's something to be said about the phrase "blondes have more fun" because I'm a blonde terror ( and some of you know EXACTLY what I'm getting at! ). We first started out with some painted on highlights but we folded last Saturday. And this is bleach and toner. I'm soo glad Drew does hair- this would cost me $130 if I was paying for it. Oh and I get products at cost! Anyway, the toner is Redkin EQ Shades- and boys and girls if you aren't using this hair color START!! It's a semitransparent (so it doesn't cover gray, but just have your hairdresser use permant color and topcoat with clear Shades) highly reflective plastic coating that makes your hair soo silky smooth and SHINY!! The color we used was equal parts "Vanilla Creme" and "Butter Creme." We are leaving for Playa del Carmen, Mexico Sunday so this is my vacation, pool side hair. The Saturday before we leave I'm going to work with him and having my hair coated in clear gloss.

I thought you meant Clorox Bleach at first....hehe. I was gettin' ready to highfive you on that , because I do use Clorox when cleaning sometimes. I kinda like when the fumes get to me too Anyway.....it looks good. $130 is waaaaay too much for it though.....but you have connections so...

DAMN this thread is gay. You can just smell the chiffon, can't you? ANY WAY... i'm growing my curls out and i can't wait. I want to get highlights too though.. we'll see how it turns out. I'm gonna do the shaggy/curl thing. I miss my hair. Whenever it's long i want it short, and when it's short i want it long. Nice pics though. Even though i'm not fond of the face pubes you got going on. Damn i want a fish sandwich.

I used to bleach my hair! A stripe down the front and up the back. I was so edgy. Then I went back to brown and I can't say I'm too happy with the damage the bleach did to my hair!

I also use the clear for if I have somewhere like a wedding to go, in between color times to give it that color sheen

You know because I used to say that regardless how much a job pays if I hate it then I won't take it, but that really doesn't seem like a bad job. Then again I'm kinda clumsy, so I'd probably burn a hole in someone's head, so yeah you dohave to know what you're doing. I guess it depends on location too which determines your clientele.
