Here is the scenario...


An employee is attracted to you but you are not allowed to date because it would be an abuse of power. This employee becomes a good friend and respects your wishes to the employee/supervisor relationship. But, honestly you are attracted to them but never you mention this to them. You transfer to another area and the employee asks if you feel any different about them now that you no longer supervise them. The employee also offers to travel to where you are to visit and states that they would even offer to pay for you to travel when it is convient for your schedule. This person cares for you and has stated that they would even be willing to relocate you and your family so that you can be together. This person has legitimate means to do so.

GD minds, what would you do? Lord knows I tired of flipping this quarter and shaking the ask it eight ball!! Let's hear it!

In my experience, touching a collegues naughty parts usually ends in tears. Or a employment tribunal.
