international calling... do you know anything ? i need help calling out of country

1. Dial 0 for operator (helpful as well as asking for the time in a particular country).
2. Call your telephone company and see what long distance plans they have. 3. Buy a prepaid phone card. 4. Use yahoo voice chat (free). 5. Find out what hours are the cheapest to call. Ex-Moderator | Depends on where you're calling and whether you're calling a mobile or a land line. I had a nightmare of a time using pre-paid calling cards here, so I generally wouldn't recommend those.
Most long distance companies give about the same rates for calling land lines but calling mobiles for some reason is really expensive. I've found MCI to be cheaper than Qwest for calling mobiles in the UK. |

Basically, the key is to find a good land line carrier if internet jet chat is not an option. | |

i like the prepaid cards... but you have to search to find the right card - they all have different rates and different fees | |

you dial 1+country code+area code+phone number...
I got hos in different area codes...thats what I know about international calling...hope it helps... Now back to my regularly scheduled program... | |
