Sandman will be very interesting and more villians are always good. Franco needs to be a villian because he has been such a boring character. Topher, i don't know about that one. Will he have the tongue? He is not manly enough imo, could they not find Mickey Rourke? After Sin City, he could pull off Venom.

Aren't Topher Grace and Tobey McGuire the same person?

Hopefully they don't ruin Venom, as Marvel Comics has. See spidey 300, now that was a real Venom. As much as I disliked the goblin costume, overall, I think they have done a good job with the spidey films. And I'm a spidey NERD.

Is it even possible to use the Venom character without going into detail about the black costume from way back ( Secret Wars )??

I used to be a Spidey nerd until that Ben Reilly crap started....got me too confused, so I quit.

I'd take this with a huge grain of salt. Every few months someone is reporting a "scoop" as to who the villians are in Spidey 3, but none of them have been confirmed. Raimi has stated MULTIPLE times that he hates the character of Venom, so I really doubt he would use him. One source also "confirmed" that Topher Grace was playing The Chameleon as well. All that anyone knows for sure is that Grace and Church are both playing villians.

Oh HELL no! That was the WORST movie I've seen all year. It was as bad as the first Transporter was good!

It took everything that made the first one so wonderful and just gutted it. It was a cliched, Americanized piece of crap.

Venom, Sandman, Hobgoblin for Spider-Man 3 are cool, but I reckon they should make a film about Galacticus. He is THE Marvel character .....sorry i'm such a nerd.
