i have been working in my current position for just over a year now (i've been with the company for 5 years though) and i'm training in a new position. the training is mandatory - unfortunately. now the girl that is training me gets mad at me for everything. she forgets that her job is new to me. she is doing my job at the same time and making some major mistakes. i have to train with her until the end of the month - what do i do? i want to tell our supervisor of the things she's been saying to me but i don't want to do it until my training is over and she can't take it out on me. i know she will. she got mad at me the other day because i had a come back for whatever it was she said and she wouldn't help me with anything. she's pissin' me off really bad. i've already started looking for another job anywhere because i think i'm ready to leave, and she's only making me want to run out of the door.

kick her fucking ass. I hate people with no tolerance.

I think you better have a talk and tell this person that will no longer allow her to treat you that way. Keep a written record of events to back you up.
