If you are suffering from heavy congestion, cut all dairy and red meat from your diet for a while. Works for me.

Dietary factors is an issues with allergies I find too. There are times that I find that I am allergic to foods that are grown with pesticides so I may switch to organic diet.

Nevertheless...dairy/red meat seems to promote the production of muccus in your sinus cavity, so stay away from it!

Well, I learned this from experince. I ate some fruit today that wasn't organic grown and I had the worst allegies. I learned my lesson.
