When asked, I always said "I didn't do my homework".

That always works. Teachers like honesty.

I received an e-mail a couple of months back describing a study on the statistical increase in the number of grandparent deaths during the exam period.

lol

I often get

"But it was too hard"

"You don't realise how difficult it is for me to complete coursework, my life is not like yours"

In school, I was always the good student but in Uni - with no teachers/parents watching over me - I was the Excuse King. I ALWAYS had an excuse for a late/non-existent essay. I don't know where they came from.

Maybe I'm just a good liar! innocent

Oh no, im the other way around!

I thought i was invincible in school, which i kinda was: I knew they couldnt actually do anything to me, just nip my head! My parents agreed they were being nippy so I ignored the system! I hated school! Brr!

But now that I told them to piss off and that I would decide to go to uni in my own good time, Im ready for it and I enjoy it!! geek

Good for you! smile

Well, it all worked out in the end but I needed a bit of an ass-kicking in Uni. I had far too much fun. razz
