I have several DVDs with videos and tv appearances..but they are a mash up and I really want to put the stuff in chronological order.

Like for instance 12 different parts of several DVDS I'd like to put on one DVD in the order I want them in ..LOL

Is there a computer program that any idiot (me) can use to do such a thing?
Or would a physical DVD Recorder allow you to do that in the fashion we used to be able to do it with VHS.

I'm also interested in chaptering the items as well.
I've never used a physical DVD recorder, so I'm not sure what the options are with one of those... can u do multiple sessions like you can, like say recording on a VHS tape?

I am able to Duplicate DVDs on my computer..but I'm interested in customizing the order of the DVD from a variety of other DVDs.
