having a big cookout in the backyard!!!         
I'm making homemade macaroni & cheese and a pineapple upside down cake from scratch. We are also having fried fish, barbecue ribs, barbcue chicken and steak. Preparing the lessons I have to teach on Monday. I'd like to prepare some more, but I'm afraid I'm too tired after the first days of my new job.
Tonight friends are coming over, I'll make a risotto. Tomorrow my mum, a Russian friend of hers and my little sister are visiting me. I've bought the ingredients for a couscous, but maybe she'll do the cooking. And I'll miss my boyfriend. He is working every evening or night from today on. We won't see each other much I'm afraid.  | |

I am awaiting friends to pick me up to go to the State Fair!
We have the second largest State Fair in the US. People watching will be a hoot. And there's lotsa yummy food. 
Then tonight a friend is spinning in the VIP room at First Ave and then tomorrow I have a birthday party to go to.  |
